All our materials can be printed face-up, as they are wrapped with the print side on the outside.
Our company produces and distributes materials for digital printing and visual communication. We do not provide a printing service.
Unlike continuous synthetic yarns, natural yarns of plant origin, such as the cotton fibres used in our Cotton Canvases, have by nature a limited length. This characteristic gives the print even more personality.
A coated banner is a composite product: polyester fabric dipped into PVC, processed, compressed and dried.
It is suitable for outdoor use, and is more durable and resistant than a laminated banner, which is made of polyester mesh and two layers of calendered PVC.
Unlike vinyl materials, our PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is more stable dimensionally, resists temperatures from -90 °C to +160 °C, is extremely flat and is subjected to more than one coating treatment in order to make its surface printable. Finally, its mechanical and chemical resistance make it highly resistant over time.
Polymeric vinyl products have a life span of about 3 years, while monomeric ones last about 6 to 12 months. For the latter we recommend that the print be changed within the times indicated, in order to avoid excessive deterioration due to atmospheric agents.
